Is Hamilton really “useless”?

A post race interview with Hamilton calling himself useless and even suggesting that Ferrari should consider changing driver due to his performance. He also hinted there are internal issues in the background perhaps this is what also Charles Leclerc was also referring to his on board radio messages with the team.
